A few months ago a player brought an issue to us where they'd won on some no-deposit free spins, completed all the required procedures, tried to withdraw the allowed Max WD. Their account was locked and they were told "multiple accounts, Terms violations". When the player pressed the issue the casino said it was an account at a "related casino" that had disqualified the win and refused to discuss the matter further. The player was never told what casino the other account was supposedly at.
When we tried to contact the casino on the player's behalf they simply ignored us, no response whatsoever.
