Gamomat Review

Verdict
Gamomat may be a contender for an excellent software provider. Once they get more exposure online and add some more variety to their gaming selection (Video Poker et al), then they should get a bit more attention from serious punters.

Gamomat entered the Software Provider scene in 2008, mainly focusing on the Land-based sector. About 5 years ago they started looking toward the inevitable online integration, starting with ‘Social Games‘ or better said, Slot games without real money modus, for Facebook apps and such. Luckily they were also planning to enter the realm of Online Casinos, and have now been active in ‘real money’ Online Gaming for about 3,5 years. Their Land-based adventure started in Germany, and not much later they did some side projects with Amatic, in Austria. Their products are very popular there, mainly because of the high win potential and streakiness of their Slots. They are also closely tied to Bally Wulff and Merkur, which wouldn’t surprise the more experienced slotters, as they do have very similar lay-out, and also carry some of the same mechanics.
Founded by a real Gaming enthusiast, with plans of providing long term entertainment for the coming decades, Gamomat’s sole aim seemed to be enriching the gambling community with High Variance Slots, with long term playability. They started out as a fairly small team, but had a huge team expansion recently, almost doubling their personnel - and they currently consist of 3 dedicated groups - focused on Online, Land-based and Social games. Since their Online venture took off, they have catered to most Central European Countries, extending to Scandinavia and the Balkan just recently. Their Social Games are also available to players from the U.S. and Australia.
Their Games are accessible in over 30 Countries, and more are soon to follow: Gamomat has about 200 Trademarked Games, which support 23 Languages, and are adapted for the most ‘popular’ local Currencies. As a side note they currently have a 81+ Forex score.
Gamomat Games
As stated above, their Games are pretty much all of High Variance sort, which seems to be what most players want nowadays: at least the more experienced slot fanatics seem to have a knack for these Games. They can go long without a Bonus, but most of the times, when you do get one, they pay well, and more often than not, there will also be a streak around the corner. The same pretty much applies to Bally Wulff and Merkur Games, and if those are unbeknownst to you, than perhaps you will recognise a similar ‘experience’ from a better known competitor, which would be Novomatic. That said, i personally like the Gamomat titles best, and also would like to point out that they are a great ‘alternative’ for the long list of Casinos, that can’t offer Novomatic to their players.
They have produced about 260 Games, at the moment of writing, and you can also see a few more titles are in the pipeline, when visiting Gamomat’s homepage. They make use of 6 different Jackpot systems, although most of those are only available in the Land-based versions, so far. The only Jackpots that seem to be available Online, are the Golden Nights and Red Hot Firepot side Games.
Some of their best known Online Games are Sticky Diamonds, Explodiac, Royal Sevens, Roman Legion, Fruit Mania, Fort Brave, and Old Fisherman. They don’t seem to have a real cult following yet, outside of Germany, but i could easily see one developing soon!
Their mechanics include Sticky Wilds, Cascading Wins, Multiplying Wilds and many, many more - so it’s definitely worth a shot, to browse through some of their impressive Slots-catalogue.
Popular Games:
